These terms govern your use of Race Gyms (racegyms.com), a website operated by Falkin LLC. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we provide

Race Gyms is a free directory of gyms, events and related articles. The information is compiled from public listings (including Google and OpenStreetMap), venue websites and submissions from venues and visitors.

Accuracy disclaimer

We work to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or correct. Opening hours, prices, amenities, event dates and availability change without notice. Always confirm details with the venue or organizer before travelling, booking or paying. Race Gyms is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Corrections and removals

If you own or manage a listed venue, you can request a correction or removal, or claim the listing, by emailing contact@racegyms.com with the listing URL. We normally act within 10 business days. Anyone can report an error the same way.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, copy or redistribute the directory in bulk without written permission.
  • Do not submit false, misleading or defamatory information, or claim a listing you are not authorised to manage.
  • Do not interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access non-public parts of it.
  • The embed widget may be used on your own site under these same terms; we may change or withdraw it at any time.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, articles and compilation of listings belong to Falkin LLC or its licensors. Venue names, logos and event brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. This site is an independent directory and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX, DEKA or Spartan. Event names are trademarks of their respective owners. Always confirm dates and details with the official organizer.

Third-party links, ads and affiliate links

The site links to venues, organizers, retailers and other third parties, and shows advertising. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products or services. Some links are affiliate links; see our disclosure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falkin LLC and its owners, staff and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including wasted travel, fees, injury or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to US $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
